1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bg122 ("bg122", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bg122 platform located at bg122.io, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the bg122 platform. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

Use of the bg122 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bg122 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register an account, deposit funds, or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the platform.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not expressly prohibited by local law as it applies to you personally.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of bg122, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have been previously permanently excluded from the bg122 platform.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement under the laws applicable to you.

bg122 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension, restriction of withdrawals, or permanent account closure.

bg122 operates as an offshore platform. It is the sole responsibility of each player to determine whether their use of the platform is lawful in their own jurisdiction. bg122 makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is legal in any particular location.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of betting and gaming services on bg122, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• One account per person. Each individual may hold only one active bg122 account. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts.
• Accurate information. You must provide complete, accurate and truthful information during registration and must keep all account details up to date. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or one-time verification codes with any other person. bg122 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Account verification (KYC). bg122 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before any withdrawal is processed. KYC documents must be current, clear and unaltered.
• Personal use only. Your bg122 account is for your personal recreational use only. You may not use your account for commercial purposes, for the benefit of any third party, or in connection with any form of arbitrage, syndicate betting or professional trading strategy that exploits platform pricing errors.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the bg122 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). The following terms govern all financial transactions:

4.1 Deposits. Deposits may be made via the payment methods currently listed on the bg122 platform, which include but are not limited to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and select bank transfer options including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and City Bank. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per method; current limits are displayed at the point of deposit. Deposits are generally credited to your bg122 account balance in real time, subject to processing time of the relevant payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed by bg122 to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply. bg122 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within two (2) business days for bank transfer methods. These are target timeframes and are not guaranteed.

4.3 Verification prior to withdrawal. bg122 reserves the right to require satisfactory completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be released to unverified accounts or to payment accounts not registered in the name of the bg122 account holder.

4.4 Dormant accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as dormant. bg122 may apply a monthly account maintenance fee to dormant account balances. Players will be notified before any such fee is applied. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact support at [email protected].

4.5 Currency. bg122 does not offer multi-currency accounts. All balances, bets, winnings and fees are in BDT. Currency conversion risk, where applicable due to your personal banking arrangements, is borne entirely by you.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the bg122 platform. Product-specific rules for cricket betting, live casino games, slot games and fishing games are published separately within the relevant product sections of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Bet acceptance. bg122 reserves the right to accept, decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including after a bet has been placed, in cases where a pricing error, system error or integrity concern is identified.
• Minimum and maximum stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market. Limits may be adjusted at bg122's discretion, including on an individual account basis where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Void bets. Bets may be voided by bg122 in the event of abandonment of the relevant event, manifest pricing error, system malfunction, evidence of match manipulation, or any circumstance that bg122, in its reasonable judgment, determines makes settlement of the bet impossible or unfair. Voided bets are refunded at the original stake amount.
• Results and settlement. For sports markets, results are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board, the ICC, FIFA). For casino and RNG games, the certified Random Number Generator result is final. bg122's decision on settlement is final and binding in all circumstances.
• Disconnection. bg122 is not liable for bets or game sessions affected by internet disconnection, device failure or any technical issue outside of its control. Any bet placed and confirmed prior to disconnection remains valid and will be settled according to the standard rules.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

bg122 offers a range of bonuses, free bets and promotional rewards to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms. The following general bonus conditions apply unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion terms:

• Bonuses are awarded to one verified account per person, per household address and per device. Multiple accounts claiming the same bonus will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds across those accounts.
• Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, game contribution percentages and eligible games are set out in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the time period specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account balance without notice.
• bg122 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, including where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation or fraudulent activity.
• Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged.
• Maximum withdrawal limits from bonus-derived winnings apply as specified per promotion. Any winnings exceeding the stated cap may be removed prior to withdrawal processing.

bg122 reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a player's betting behaviour constitutes bonus abuse. Where bonus abuse is identified, bg122 may void the relevant bonus, cancel associated winnings and suspend the account pending investigation.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bg122 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, any outstanding balance forfeited, and the matter referred to the relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false or misleading identity, age or address information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Opening or operating more than one bg122 account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Engaging in, facilitating or attempting to facilitate any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing or manipulation of sporting events on which bets are accepted by bg122.
• Conducting any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other financial crime under applicable law.
• Colluding with other players, dealers or bg122 employees to gain an unfair advantage.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited and where such prohibition applies to you personally.
• Using the platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair bg122's servers, networks or security systems.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the bg122 platform — including but not limited to the bg122 brand name, logo, domain name, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, promotional materials and data — is the exclusive property of bg122 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bg122 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing or publishing any content from the bg122 platform without prior written consent.
• Modifying, reverse-engineering, disassembling or creating derivative works based on any bg122 software or content.
• Using bg122's trademarks, logos or brand identity in any context not expressly authorised in writing by bg122.
• Scraping, data-mining or systematically extracting odds, data or content from the platform for commercial purposes.

Any unauthorised use of bg122's intellectual property may result in legal action and immediate termination of your account.

9 Privacy and Data

bg122's collection, use, storage and protection of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is published separately at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating a bg122 account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, bg122 collects personal data that is necessary to operate your account, process transactions, comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations, and deliver a personalised experience. bg122 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third-party service providers only where strictly necessary for platform operations (such as payment processors and identity verification providers) and under appropriate data processing agreements.

10 Responsible Gaming

bg122 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling practices. The following measures are available to all players directly from their account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit into your account.
• Loss limits: Set caps on the maximum net loss you may sustain over a defined period.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cool-off period: Take a temporary break from the platform for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks without closing your account permanently.
• Self-exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for a defined period of between 6 months and 5 years, or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon activation. bg122 will not reverse a self-exclusion during the active exclusion period regardless of the reason given.

bg122 will not knowingly accept registrations from or offer promotional materials to players who have self-excluded. bg122 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Players who are found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts closed immediately and any deposits will be refunded in full without interest.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bg122 excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds resulting from betting or gaming activity on the platform, whether or not such activity was based on information provided by bg122.
• Any indirect, consequential, special or punitive loss, including loss of profits, loss of business opportunity or loss of data.
• Any loss arising from platform downtime, technical malfunction, server failure, data transmission errors or third-party service provider failures.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

bg122's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the value of the funds held in your bg122 account at the time the claim arises, or ৳10,000 — whichever is lower.

Nothing in these Terms limits bg122's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

12 Account Suspension and Closure

12.1 Closure by you. You may request closure of your bg122 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and KYC checks.

12.2 Suspension or closure by bg122. bg122 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from your payment provider.
• Court order, regulator direction or other legal obligation requiring account action.

12.3 Funds on closure. Where an account is closed by bg122 due to a breach of these Terms or prohibited conduct, bg122 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where fraud or money laundering is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in full and reported to the relevant authorities.

13 Amendments to These Terms

bg122 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, and/or by a prominent notice on the bg122 platform, no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by law or regulation.

The date on which the current version of these Terms came into effect is stated at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the bg122 platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform before the effective date of the changes.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bg122 holds its offshore gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination, shall be submitted first to bg122's internal dispute resolution process.

Internal complaints process. To raise a formal complaint, players should contact support at [email protected] with full details of the complaint, the relevant account information, dates and transaction references where applicable. bg122 will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within two (2) business days and will aim to provide a final response within fourteen (14) business days of receipt. Complex complaints may take longer; in such cases bg122 will provide a progress update within the fourteen-day period.

Escalation. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process to the satisfaction of both parties, the matter may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified under bg122's offshore licensing framework. The decision of the appointed independent adjudicator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under any mandatory consumer protection law that applies to you.
